Invitees can see who is attending and/or who has signed up unless the organizer has made the Lists in the Event (Signup) private


The organizer can check the box at the bottom of any List to set it to private. When they have done so, only the Admins and Co-organizers can view the names of those who have signed up for something. They must be logged in to their PlanHero account(s) to do so.


Any information entered into Question Form Lists cannot be viewed publicly. The entered information may only be view by the Event Admins and Co-organizers when they are logged in.


Of course, in all cases, if a person creates a free PlanHero account, s/he may view their own signups via the My Signups tab.
