Every email service provider has its own algorithms for determining which emails get through its filters and which do not. At PlanHero, we work hard to only send pertinent emails to our customers. Despite this, our emails are sometimes blocked by some email service providers.
What you can do:
1. Check your Spam/Junk/Promotions/Deleted folders for our noreply@planhero.com emails.
2. Add noreply@planhero.com to your known Contacts list. Then designate it as a "Favorite" or a "VIP."
How to add our email address (noreply@planhero.com) to Outlook:
1. Get to your Main Menu
2. Click "All apps"
3. Click "People:
4. Click "New contact"
5. Add PlanHero as a Contact (make sure you add noreply@planhero.com as the email address (see screenshot below)
6. Click "Create"
7. Scroll down your Contacts list and highlight "PlanHero". Click "Add to favorites" so that Outlook knows these emails are important to you.
