We’re normal human beings. We’ll do our best to be fair and equitable in assessing refund situations. So with that in mind, we’ve kept our PlanHero® Refund Policy simple: If you’re ever unhappy with PlanHero®, for any reason, just contact us and we’ll take care of you.
Examples of refunds we’ll grant:
- If you were just charged for your next month of PlanHero®, but you meant to cancel, we’re happy to refund that extra charge.
- If you forgot to cancel PlanHero® a couple months ago, and you haven’t used PlanHero® since then, we’ll give you a full refund for a few back months. Seems fair.
Examples of partial refunds or credits we’ll grant.
- If you forgot to cancel PlanHero® many months ago, we’ll review your account and figure out a partial refund.
- If we had extended downtime (multiple hours in a day, or multiple days in a month) or you emailed customer support and it took multiple days to get back to you, we’ll issue a partial credit to your account.
